HOURS OF PRAYER  Acts 3:1-10 Devotional:- “Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour” (V.1) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional HOUSE OF PRAYER Support Us Acts 3:1-10 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Most people only pray or want to pray when they are faced with challenges. But for growing children of God. Prayer is not just making a demand. It is also creating time to be with our father. Much more than our request, God wants us around Him. He wants us always to speak and commune with Him.   Observing the scripture, you will discover prayer has been the habit of all men of God, including Jesus Christ (Luke 6:12). Jesus spent many of his nights praying and the days working. And when He was teaching the disciples, He said, “Pray lest you fall into temptatio...

HE KNOWS YOU

 HE KNOWS YOU

Isaiah 43:1-7
Devotional:- “But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine” (V. 1) NKJV

Can you imagine if you were meeting the president of this country for the first time, and on shaking hands with you, he mentioned your name among others? This will definitely make you feel special. Such a day will definitely become a memorable day in your mind. You will want to quickly share it with someone as good news.

I also want to share this good news with you that God said He knows you by your name. And anytime from now, He wants to discuss your matter for progress between the trinity. He calls you by name. I was in a place to pray one day, and God called me by my name and spoke to me. God knows you more than you know yourself. He even knows your name before your parents thought about it. He is the one who put it in their mind.

All you need to do is learn to hear Him when He speaks to you. In most cases He will call your name to personify the message to you. This is to let you know that you are precious to Him (v.4). That is why He will always call the patriarchs by name; He always say I am the God of Abraham and Isaac. He will do everything to bring you to honour. I know your name shall soon be heard at the top. This is because He who is above all knows you. He cannot be confused, though you are in the crowd. When He hears your voice, He knows you are the one. So when you want to talk to Him, do it with a mind that He knows you. Familiarly speak to Him because you are actually familiar.

Prayer: Lord, make my name great.
