HONOUR YOUR PARENTS

HONOUR YOUR PARENTS Ephesians 6:1-4 Devotional:- "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with promise (V. 2) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional HONOURING YOUR PARENTS Support Us Ephesians 6:1-4 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com At some stage in life, there is a tendency to start forgetting our parents: to pay attention to our own lives and new family. But without our parents, you would not have come into being at all, so the Bible demands that they should never be forgotten. Some people grew up to turn their parents into their personal enemy; most women wouldn’t like attention to be given to their in-laws. When the Lord blesses some people, they now see their parents as not fit to come into their homes for visitation. These are tricks of the devil to cheat us and deceive us. It is our covenant...

NEVER FORGOTTEN

 NEVER FORGOTTEN

Isaiah 49:13-23
Devotional:- “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you” (V. 15) NKJV

Delays in some situations of life could sometimes make one feel forgotten. This could make anyone feel neglected and hated. Have you ever been in a situation where everyone was served but you alone were forgotten? This could bring a big embarrassment. But God cannot make such a mistake. Before He began serving, you were the one in His mind. His mind is filled with the memory of your love.

The scripture we read today says, even if a mother forgets to nurse her child, which I think is impossible, God said He cannot forget you. If a woman, for example, is far away from a child which has not been weaned, two of them will not find it easy. The baby will soon be crying, and the mother’s breast will soon be heavy and painful.

Friend, God can never forget you. That is why He said He inscribed you in the palm of His hand (Isaiah 49:16). Do you know that He sees you wherever you are (Proverbs 15:3)? Your matter cannot escape His mind. He is only waiting to work things out for you at the right season (1 Peter 5:7). And everything has its own time of beauty (Ecclesiastes 3:11). You will not miss your time. He is working for your good. You just need to continue to serve Him joyfully, and He will reward you adequately. Don’t be discouraged, He never forgets your labour of love: He will reward you (Hebrews 6:10). Wait on Him (Hebrews 6:12). Surely there is a time of glory. You will not miss it in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, remember me for good.
“WHEN YOU ARE ALWAYS IN HIS MEMORY, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN HIS LIST”
