WORRY-FREE LIFE  Matthew 6:25–34 Devotional:- Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? (V. 27) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional WORRY-FREE LIFE Support Us Matthew 6:25–34 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com There is nothing wrong in being careful. He that is not careful, will fall into many troubles. What Jesus is teaching us to avoid in life is the kind of care that makes us carry on our head what is wrong in our lives, and these all reflect on us. This is a level of anxiety. A careful man will observe his way and succeed, but an anxious man will be weeping in hopelessness. A careful man will avoid what can make him sick, but an anxious man will have a burden that produces sickness. The instruction of Jesus is therefore telling us to avoid carrying a burden of anxiety. MATURE CLASS

 MATURE CLASS

I Corinthians 13:9-13

Devotional:- “When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things” (v.11) NLT

I have observed that it is not everyone that can truly love. This is because it is a character for a person in a class. I have seen some men taking pride in beating their wives. I have heard many women proudly saying that they cannot stay under any man. And they do not feel ashamed that at their age, they couldn’t manage a home.

The truth is that, if you cannot rise and manage a home, it is a sign that you cannot manage a greater thing that God would have loved to give to you (1 Timothy 3:5). When people give excuses of the reason why they cannot love, you will easily recognise their immaturity.

Friend, you should feel ashamed if there is always noise of a fight coming from your apartment. And so many times, people, including the pagans, often come around to judge you and people, bashing and mocking your family (1 Corinthians 6:1-5). It is not a good thing to always report your spouse to people and expose your family secrets to the enemy unconsciously. True love is not a kids play but a character of the matured.

God expects that we should grow from being a baby, and now be mature. Be willing to tolerate and endure the people around you. Be mature enough to say I'm sorry, when you offend others. Let it be easy to say thank you in appreciation. Whatever will not let you be in good terms with people around you is not maturity. Therefore, wake up and be mature. And your life shall go forward.

Prayer: Lord, strengthen me to grow from now.

“UNTIL YOU GROW MATURELY, NOTHING MAY GROW AROUND YOU”
