OUR ROCK

OUR ROCK Psalms 18:1-3 Devotional:- Lord is my rock and my fortress and deliverer…” (V.2) One of the love emblems to us is that He is our rock. He is known as the rock of ages. Because He loves us, He is always there for us. Rock is a symbol of strength and confidence. The cleft of the rock is always a beautiful place of refuge. Water from the rock is always pure and cool. As part of His love for us, He has become our rock (I Corinthians 10:4). He is the rock of our salvation, of our peace and protection. The bird eagle lives on the rock above the reach of the enemy. The water on it is refreshing and clean, far above the reach of the dust. The cave of the rock is always very cool and secure, far above the reach of either the arrow of the enemy or the scourging of the sun. This is who Jesus is for us. We may pass through challenges in this world, but we are sure of our victory because the rock is always there for us. He is our trust. He is our stronghold. He will never reject nor ...

SPIRITUAL STEWARDSHIP

SPIRITUAL STEWARDSHIP

Exodus 23:24-28
Devotional:- "So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you” (V. 25) NKJV

Many of us do not know that the attitude we turn to God determines the attitude He will turn to us. Especially when God expects us to have grown above something having known the truth and we are not, then He chastises us (Hebrews 12:6). God can never be wicked, but He wants us to grow. So He chastises us with love as a good Father.

For you to enjoy the great blessing of your new life in Christ, you will need to take your service to the Lord so seriously. This talks about your input to the building of the kingdom of God. This talks about the willingness to release yourself to be used by God for the work of the service of the house of the Lord. You can serve Him either as a singer, usher, intercessor, or artist and much more with your gifts and talents. This is one of the secrets of the lifting of David the King. He said he loved to be an usher in God’s house (Psalms 84:10). Be careful not to be bigger than God’s service.

You need to know that whatever you have, either in the form of possession, opportunity, gifts, or blessing, belongs to God (John 3:27, James 1:19). You will therefore be wise not to see yourself as the owner of these things. You are only in charge as a steward. And God expects you to use it for Him for the progress of His kingdom. Don’t be part of the people who only sit in the church doing nothing. The problem with so many people today is that they are part-time Christians and full-time in their profession. Friend, let God be above all by putting God first in your life. Be a full-time Christian. Be dedicated to the work of the Lord. Excuses in your duties may excuse you out of the covenant blessing. Find a way to serve the Lord, and you will contact health and wealth.

PRAYER: LORD, HELP ME TO ENJOY SERVING IN YOUR HOUSE.

“IF YOU ARE NOT IN GOD’S SERVICE YOU MAY NOT ENJOY SONSHIP REWARD”
