SEEK GOOD WORDS   Proverb 12:20 – 28 “Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad” (V. 25) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional SEEK GOOD WORDS Support Us Proverb 12:20 – 28 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com The reason many people find life frustrating is because of the kind of information they listen to. There is no one that the devil doesn’t want to discourage. That is why we must seek to hear what will encourage us. Do you know that your life can be highly productive? You only need to be motivated and encouraged to move forward. Friend, if the company you keep does not motivate you, if the people who counsel you don’t challenge your faith, if the people you belong to doesn’t help you discover the potentials in you for greatness, there is a need to move away from such. CONDEMNATION

CONDEMNATION

Romans 8:1-10
Devotional:- “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit” (V. 1) NKJV.

There are things that you and I don’t have again in Christ, but the devil often tries to push them on us. One of such things is condemnation. God’s word told us of the people who face God’s condemnation. These are people who have refused to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour (John 3:17–19). So as a believer, you have nothing called condemnation again. That is the reason you must not live by the dictate of the flesh anymore but of the spirit. Let the Holy Spirit be your guide in all you do (Romans 8:1). Refuse sinful thoughts in your mind whenever they come (Romans 8:5-7).

It is always the trick of the devil to bring us to the platform of condemnation. But this is a game of ignorance on men. He knows that the moment a man takes condemnation, he will drop his faith, confidence, and courage. Condemnation is prejudging yourself due to fake information about the wicked. A man with feelings of condemnation is as weak as a vegetable. He will not see any reason why God needs to help him. He will see himself as not qualified to be alive or have a future. It is accepting the judgement of the devil.

The truth you need to know is that as a spirit-filled believer, you may commit errors, yet you are not condemned. There is forgiveness for you in Christ Jesus when you repent (1 John 1:7-9). The ministry of judgement is neither to the devil nor to any human being. God has only given our judgement to Jesus Christ, the only one who died for us (John 5:22–24). Our judgement is in the hand of Jesus, our Saviour (Romans 8:33–34). Friend, if it is the same Jesus who died for you and who is interceding for you before the Father that has the right to judge you, the truth is that He will not do that (John 5:24). Therefore, you are free from condemnation. Don’t let the devil destroy your confidence in Christ. He has no right to condemn you but Jesus, your saviour. Rise therefore in faith and be bold. Don’t continue in your sin because sin is the strength of condemnation in the life of men (Romans 6:1, Proverbs 28:1). If you will always allow the thoughts of the things of God in your mind, you will always be strong enough to overcome.

PRAYER: LORD, HELP ME TO ALWAYS SET MY HEART ON THE WORD OF GOD

“IF THE JUDGE IS YOUR LOVER, HE WILL NOT GIVE JUDGMENT TILL THE CASE FAVOURS YOU”
