HELP Isaiah 41:10-20  Devotional:- “Fear not, you worm Jacob, You men of Israel! I will help you," says the LORD And your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel” (V. 14) NKJV Just because God loves us, He has promised to help us. Every man, at one time or another, will need help. This is because the strength of man is inadequate in most cases. Most of the time, our strength proves inadequate, even when we are close to success. You will observe that with all your determination, thinking you can do something, sometimes, you will only get to the middle, to discover that your strength has been exhausted. At such a point, people who don’t have God turn to the devil for help. The devil will always take advantage of such a time, pretending to have a solution but only trying to trap their lives. Friend, don’t turn to the evil way for help. He that creates you and loves you says, “He will help you.” Stop looking unto men (Psalms 121:1-2). Look unto Jesus today. PRAYING IN TONGUES

PRAYING IN TONGUES

Jude 1:20-25
Devotional Verse - “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit” (V. 20)

A time of fellowship with God demand that we communicate with our spirit. This is beyond the realm of the mind. This is through meditation in our mind as we pray. This is by focusing and opening our eye of the spirit to behold the throne of God. Whenever this happens, we become connected with God and we speak in tongue of the spirit.

The word of God says you are building yourself up in the faith whenever we pray in the spirit. In other words, praying in the Holy Spirit makes us build up in our relationship and fellowship with God. Praying in the spirit opens up a direct line between us and God (1 Corinthians 14:2). It makes us groan in our spirit when we pray (Romans 8:26). This is when the Holy Spirit takes over to help us pray better to God. This makes tremendous power available to us to give us victory as we pray (James 5:16).

However, this experience is limited only to Christians who are filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4). As a child of God, you must not joke with this encounter. You cannot guarantee your total portion in God without the Holy Spirit dwelling in you. Receive grace. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to always connect with your Spirit
