TAKE NO OFFENCE Luke 7:18-30 Devotional:- “And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me” (v.23) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional TAKE NO OFFENCE Support Us Luke 7:18-30 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Sometimes, men easily get offended. That is, they get annoyed and refuse to relate to one another. Many of us have some people we don’t greet now on this account. Some people have taken offence at their parents and relations, and they refused to relate to them. The truth is that if you know the harm you are doing to yourself by so doing, you will give up on this.   In the scripture we read today, John the Baptist was not happy because Jesus did not come to rescue him from prison, and he took offence at Christ. THANKING HIM

THANKING HIM

Ephesians  5:15-21
Devotional Verse - “giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ” (V. 20)

A major way to fellowship with God continually is to keep thanking Him. This is because He deserves it. Looking into the goodness of the Lord, you cannot really exhaust the reason for thanking Him. It is in the time of thanksgiving that you have quality fellowship with God. The Holy Spirit always helps us in giving thanks to the father.

The word of God says we should give thanks always for all things. In other words, we should not stop giving thanks for all that the Lord has done for us. This does not mean you cannot do other things anymore but rather; you keep thanking God even with what you are doing. Remember, gratitude makes God see you mature for your miracle. Thanking God for what He has done qualifies you for the next miracle.

All it demands is that you keep a heart of gratitude. Keep thanking the Lord over everything He has done and the ones you trust Him to enjoy. Declaring "Thank you Lord" as you do your work is great. “Lord, I am so grateful” "You deserve my praises" "You re the Almighty God" "You are my sufficiency" These are more of prayers of thanksgiving that constantly connect you with God in fellowship. While others are cursing themselves, please thank God and you will keep increasing. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me a thanksgiving heart

“A THANKSGIVING HEART WILL KEEP EXPANDING FOR MORE”
