THANK HIM FOR ALL

THANK HIM FOR ALL Zechariah 4:1-10 Devotional:- “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; His hands shall also finish it and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you” (V. 9) KJV In such a season as this, one of the weapons of the devil to steal the joy of many is discouragement. The enemy will make them see that God has not been good to them. He will make us to think of what God has not done, and not what He has done. He will make us compare ourselves to others and so one will see other people as better.   God can provide all that you need, and He is not mindful or unfaithful to you. He gave you the one you have today, but all that is good for your life. He will also give you if you can wait on Him by faith. Such time like this should challenge us to become better to do better. Every time you are not happy with your current situation, just know that a change is about to take place in your life. It is now you who will determine ...

CARRYING HIS WORDS

CARRYING HIS WORDS

Jeremiah 1:1-10
Devotional Verse -“Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: "Behold, I have put My words in your mouth” (V. 9)

One of the greatest beauties of fellowshipping regularly in the presence of God is the blessing of having his words in your mouth. When such people open their mouth, the right word naturally flows out. Without this, no one will find it easy to speak the word of God before the crowd or in the public. This is a deep mystery of God that you will be speaking as though a sound system is been played from your inside. You cannot also totally explain how you are making up the vocabulary. This is not a manifestation of the act of public speaking. This is God speaking through you.

God said to Jeremiah, I have put my words in your mouth. He said to Ezekiel eat the scroll (Ezekiel 3:1). He said we should open our mouth and He will fill it (Psalms 81:10). He said He will always give us the right word at the right time (Luke 21:14-15). All these are possible only for a man who create time to be with the Lord in fellowship (Acts 4:13).

Friend, you cannot pick this grace by going to school. You need to give yourself to times of fellowship with Jesus. It will distinguish you in office and your trade. And you will stand out for Jesus anywhere. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, put your word in my mouth

“WHEN YOU ARE ONE WITH JESUS HIS WORD WILL BECOME YOUR WORD”
