JOY OF SALVATION Psalm 51:8-19 Devotional:- “Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit” (v.12) NKJV Many believers have not learnt to truly experience the joy of salvation. So, the enemy often pushes them to sorrow in the midst of their joy. The reason many don’t exercise this joy for their lifting is that they quickly allow their challenges to make them lose sight of the redemptive provision. They allow the wind of their challenges to take them on and on into fear and worry. They forget the joy of salvation, which is actually their strength and solution. David also experiences this deception of the devil to take him into a season of dryness and sorrow, but he quickly remembered the joy of God’s salvation. He started asking for the restoration of this joy. Friend, let me remind you that Christ died to take not only your sin but also your sorrow away (Matthew 8:17). ASK SCRIPTURALLY

ASK SCRIPTURALLY

1 John 5:14-1
Devotional Verse - “Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us” (V. 14)

Everyone who loves to always have the experience of answer to prayers must understand the principle that guides it. We know that the principles of men are different from the principles of God. (Isaiah 55:8-9). That is when our prayers will not be religious or an experience of trial by error.

The word of God says, we will only be sure that our prayer will be answered when we call according to his will. His will here refers to His covenant promises in the word of God. The angels of God in charge of answers prayer are only to carry out the promises of the word of God (Psalms 103:20). That is why we must ask in prayer according to the word of God (John 8:29).

Whenever we are fellowship and praying, we should keep it in mind that we must ask according to the word. This is reminding Him of His words of promises. This is applicable to our health, our family, our businesses, our finances or projects. Whenever you are asking God, always remind Him of His words. Then your answers will be guaranteed. This is the beauty of prayer. That means you need to learn to first locate the promises before prayers. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, lead me to the realm of always answered prayers.

“THE BEAUTY OF PRAYERS IS THE ANSWER”
