TAKE NO OFFENCE Luke 7:18-30 Devotional:- “And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me” (v.23) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional TAKE NO OFFENCE Support Us Luke 7:18-30 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Sometimes, men easily get offended. That is, they get annoyed and refuse to relate to one another. Many of us have some people we don’t greet now on this account. Some people have taken offence at their parents and relations, and they refused to relate to them. The truth is that if you know the harm you are doing to yourself by so doing, you will give up on this.   In the scripture we read today, John the Baptist was not happy because Jesus did not come to rescue him from prison, and he took offence at Christ. He sent messengers to Jesus to ask if He was the Christ or not. This question see...

WORSHIP HIM

WORSHIP HIM

John 4:19-26
Devotional Verse - “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him” (V. 23)

The act of fellowship with God becomes a genuine affair when you can truly worship God. To worship is to prostrate in your spirit man in the presence of God and worship Him. This is not a physical idea but spiritual. To worship is to totally connect with God in true act of submission and surrender. This is done when you no longer counting on your worth but giving all the worth and value to God. Worship is actually worth-ship.

The word of God says God is seeking those who will worship Him. This does not mean God want people who will be singing for Him as some of the rich people does. Worship brings man to the realm of God. And that makes it possible for God to pour Himself to man in worship. This is why after worship; you feel more anointed. You have fellowship with divinity and you can no longer be ordinary. After true worship, you see answer to your prayer speedily. This is how God design man to be able to succeed.

Friend, until you can fellowship with God in deep worship, you keep facing what natural men are facing. You need God to empower you to dominate and succeed in your world. God is looking for your attention to empower you (John 4:23). So, that yokes of limitation can be broken, and closed doors can be open for you (Psalms 24:7-9). Stop taking worship as mere singing that you may be above limitations. You have been delayed enough. Arise and connect in fellowship. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me passion for your worship

“WHOEVER YOU FELLOWSHIP WITH SHARES HIS/HER SPIRIT WITH YOU”
