Some are from a great family, their name sounds great, and others are from a family that is not well-known. The truth is that, the lineage each of us belongs to, sometimes speaks and shows in our live. Those who are seen as children of great people in the world are often counted as privileged. But the scripture we read today is aimed at making you appreciate the privilege of being a child of God. It doesn’t matter whether you are born into a great family on earth or not. God has decided to bestow His love on you by calling you His child (Galatians 4:7). This is the greatest family in heaven and earth. The moment you are born again, you are born of God (John 1:12). Genesis 31:4-13
Devotional: -"And it happened, at the time when the flocks conceived, that I lifted my eyes and saw in a dream, and behold, the rams which leaped upon the flocks were streaked, speckled, and gray-spotted” (V.10) NKJV



   A major reason many are frustrated today is because they have come to the end of their ability to solve their problems. This is because as mighty as our brain can work, as weak and incapable it can be without the energy of the spirit. So the lives of many are becoming so discouraging today because they do not know the way of strength.
 
   Jacob was not a scientist but by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, he received an insight into how to make the animal reproduced to give him his breakthrough in business. Friend, it is the man of solution that will always be promoted in any office (Gen. 41:38-40). It is by the Holy Spirit that Joseph excel in Egypt. The time has come for you as a believer to give attention to fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit. It is time we give attention to meditation in the word of God (Psalm 119:97-100). 
 
   This is what will make you a solution to your world. See, unbelievers could be clueless, but you should be riding on the wings of solutions wherever you are (Isaiah 60:2-4). As light have its advantage in darkness, it is time for the rising of your light. This is your season. Peace.
 
PRAYER: Lord, energize me to be a solution to my world.

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
