  PEACE Proverbs 12:15-25 Devotional:- “Deceit is in the heart of those who devise evil, But counselors of peace have joy” (v.20) NKJV Two virtues often work together, and they are hardly separable; they are peace and joy. You cannot have one without the other. The moment one of them is with you, it will draw the second. This is because they are both products of God’s presence. The scripture we read today said there shall be joy for those who promote peace. Jesus says Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God (Matthew 5:9). And you know that God dwell in the heart of His children (I Corinthians 3:16). You also know that God’s presence commands joy (Psalms 16:11). SERVING THE LORD                 

Judges 6:11-23
Devotional: -“Then the LORD turned to him and said, "Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?"”  (V. 14) NKJV


   The service of God demands the energy of the Spirit of God. The service of God is God influencing you to achieve His goals. It is therefore not possible to run it with mere human energy or energy of the flesh. This is the reason why many people serving in the vineyard of God cannot be impactful. No matter what you are doing in the house of the Lord as a worker, you will always need the energy of the Spirit before God can use you to touch others. 
 
   The angel of the Lord said to Gideon “go in this your might”. The word of the spirit will always come with equal energy to carry out the given task. If God has given you an assignment to do, you must always wait on Him for His word (Isaiah 40:31). That is what will give you the renewal of strength to run.
 
   If you want to see the manifestation of God around you either personally, in your family or in your office, wait to receive His word (Proverbs 3:5-6, Isaiah 48:17). His word carries His Spirit (John 6:63). People’s word could bring confusion but His word will strengthens you to fulfill your assignments. You will have the energy to succeed in Jesus name. Peace.
 
PRAYER: Lord, help me never to lack your word.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
