ACKNOWLEDGING HIM

ACKNOWLEDGING HIM Proverbs 3:1-8  Devotional:- “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths” (v.6) KJV. To be able to enjoy God’s loving kindness, all of us must learn to always acknowledge God in all our decision-making. This simply means that we recognise Him as our owner and the one who is qualified to instruct us on where to turn. When we gave our lives to Christ, we all confessed Jesus as our Lord. This means we acknowledge Him as the one who has the final decision over our lives. But we often forget to carry Him along in making decisions that will, in the end, have a great adverse effect on our lives. If we are to enjoy the love and the goodness of the Lord, we must learn to acknowledge Him. And this is by patiently asking Him for His instructions for us. The truth is that He will always guide us. He said, “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye” (Psalms 32:8). The truth is that you are gu...

REVELATION

REVELATION

2 Kings 6:8-17
Devotional:- “And Elisha prayed, and said, "LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see." Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha” (V. 17) NKJV

In revelation, God shows to man what He is about to do (Amos 3:7). He reveals to man what has hindered his life and what he needs to do to advance. God’s revelation often send the signal of energy into the mind of man and ignites action provoking strength.

In revelation, you will see activities of the forces and the power of God. This will suddenly bring out joy and terminates your fear. That is why people says seen is believing. When the servant of Elisha saw the forces of God that was with them, he became calm. His trouble ceased. That is the reason you must always imagine the word of God been fulfilled in your life.

It is important we know that it is God that shows people the invisible (Jeremiah 33:3). When we see the invisible, it releases the energy of the Spirit into our mind. This makes our faith to be stronger. This makes us bold and courageous for achievement. We enjoy the energy of the Spirit by revelation when we pray in the Spirit (Jude 20). When our prayer takes us to the presence of God and we see the glory of God, it energizes us to actions of faith. That is why whatever God reveals; He will do (Amos 3:7). Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to stand in your presence every time I pray.
