UNFORGIVEN

UNFORGIVEN Genesis 4:1-11 Devotional:- “So the LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen?” (v.6) NKJV It is ignorance for people to think unforgiven is a way of paying back people who offended them. Unforgiven is actually not against anyone but against oneself. It is always a trick of the enemy to steal our joy. Any time the enemy sees people happy, he always uses the trick of unforgiven to steal their joy. This is because he knows that joy will produce our strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Cain could not forgive his brother, and the enemy helped him develop his unforgiven into bitterness till he became a murderer and destroyed himself. He could not succeed on earth. Observe that when some people offends you, it makes you get bitter and unhappy. If you even try to keep it off your mind as though it does not affect you yet, when you remember or see the person, your mind suddenly becomes sorrowful and bitter. REVELATION

REVELATION

2 Kings 6:8-17
Devotional:- “And Elisha prayed, and said, "LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see." Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha” (V. 17) NKJV

In revelation, God shows to man what He is about to do (Amos 3:7). He reveals to man what has hindered his life and what he needs to do to advance. God’s revelation often send the signal of energy into the mind of man and ignites action provoking strength.

In revelation, you will see activities of the forces and the power of God. This will suddenly bring out joy and terminates your fear. That is why people says seen is believing. When the servant of Elisha saw the forces of God that was with them, he became calm. His trouble ceased. That is the reason you must always imagine the word of God been fulfilled in your life.

It is important we know that it is God that shows people the invisible (Jeremiah 33:3). When we see the invisible, it releases the energy of the Spirit into our mind. This makes our faith to be stronger. This makes us bold and courageous for achievement. We enjoy the energy of the Spirit by revelation when we pray in the Spirit (Jude 20). When our prayer takes us to the presence of God and we see the glory of God, it energizes us to actions of faith. That is why whatever God reveals; He will do (Amos 3:7). Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to stand in your presence every time I pray.
