  GOOD WILL Luke 2:8-14 Devotional:- “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” (V. 14) NKJV A great blessing of God to humanity at the birth of Christ is goodwill. A nation without it is completely under bondage. They cannot claim, nor ask, nor can they have anything from the Lord except by the common grace (Matthew 5:25). This is what the sons of men are before the coming of the Messiah. Men have been living under the pressure and the punishment of sin and the law. Men were governed spiritually by the law they were never capable of obeying. When Jesus came, then came the time of grace. This brought us into the season of the goodwill of God (Ephesians 2:8). Will is what every father writes to give the right of inheritance to each of the children. Before Christ, God’s will was not approachable for men. It was not favorable for a natural man. MEDITATION                

Psalms 119:97-104
Devotional:- “I have more understanding than all my teachers, For Your testimonies are my meditation” (V. 99) NKJV


   God has made us a being that can meditate. The challenge is that we meditate over different things. Some people meditate over problems but few meditate over solution. Meditation is like squeezing the Spirit of a matter into your spirit. Any matter you are meditating on will deposit its spirit in you. That way, you will contact the energy of the spirit to act accordingly (Joshua 1:8)
 
   There is a spirit of understanding (Isaiah 11:2). It is an arm of the Holy Spirit. People without understanding will struggle through life (Proverbs 21:16). This Spirit is one of the evidences of the energy of God at work in you for great achievements. This Spirit comes as we meditate on the word of God and ask for it in prayer. Stop meditating over your problems; it will multiply the spirit of troubles.
 
   Delight or love the word of God (Psalms 1:1-3). That is not religion. It is fellowshipping with Jesus who is the word of God (John 1:1). Don't play down on the word of God again. You don't need to study big volume per time (Joshua 1:8). Every time you are faced with a challenge, search out how God solved it for someone in the Bible. Then sit with that word and it will give you the energy for solution. Peace.
 
PRAYER: Lord, strengthen me to always meditate on your word.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
