  FACTORS OF GROWTH Deuteronomy 8:1-10 Devotional:- “So He humble you, allow you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your father’s know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord” (V. 3)   Spiritual growth is the process of replacing lives with the truth (John 17:17). To become like Jesus we must fill our lives with his word. (2 Timothy 3:17). The word of God is powerful, so when God speak things change. To be a healthy disciple of Jesus you must feed on the word of God. This is what it mean to abide in Christ and Christ in you. This is by remaining in the word of God and obeying the word. To abide in God’s word you must accept the authority of the word of God (John 8:31). In other words the Bible must become the standard of your life. You must make the word of God the compass for your life. The word must become the counsel you listen to for wise decision ...

ENERGY OF THE SPIRIT               

Ezekiel 2:1-5
Devotional: -“Then the Spirit entered me when He spoke to me, and set me on my feet; and I heard Him who spoke to me” (v. 2) NKJV


   Children of God need to wake up to the reality of the energy of the Spirit. Energy is defined as the inner strength that is capable of carrying out a work outside. When we see a vehicle moving, there is an energy producing mechanism in it that causes motion. So also there is an energy producing mechanism in every man that motivates their actions. It is called the energy of the Spirit.
 
   The reason why many easily give up, get discouraged in the pursuit of their goal is because they do not understand the way of strength. Ezekiel said, he was able to rise up as the angel spoke to him. This is because; the energy of the Spirit was transmitted to him as the angel talked with him. If a man does not understand the way of energy, or does not regularly connect with energy, he will easily give up over many issues of life. Such person will be a failure or an average person.
 
   Friend, if you will excel in life, please, know that the energy of life is from the spirit through information. The mind has no energy of itself but receive from the spirit. You are made a spirit like God who is a Spirit. Your mind is only a processor of the energy. The energy of the Spirit of God is transmitted to man via the word of God (John 6:63). You will never be weak again in Jesus name. Peace
 
PRAYER: Lord, let me not lack your strength any more.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
