  AUTHORITY Luke 10:5-20  Devotional:- “Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you” (v. 19) NLT One of the most sought after instrument in this world is authority. In the social setting of the world, when people have acquire some things of life, they then begin to go for authority. But because Jesus came from above, he made available to every believer by the reason of His love what is called true authority. Authority is the power or right to enforce obedience. In the world here people cannot enjoy absolute authority. They can only enjoy delegated authority. But do you know that we have greater authority? And we can grow in this authority to become greater and greater by the level of our faith. We can possess total authority over the enemy the moment we are in tune with God and don’t mingle with sin. FAITH       

Romans 1:8-17
Devotional: -“For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."" (V. 17) NKJV


   
One of the strongest energy of the Spirit is faith. A man operating by the Spirit of faith is a man of possibility. The word of God says, if we can believe, all things are possible. (Mark 9:23). Faith is the strength of the Spirit produced by the word of God. It is the strength of the Spirit that can move you to carry out the plan of God on the earth.
 
   The word of God says “the just shall live by faith” Which means without faith, Christianity will be a mockery. Through faith, people are justified before God (Romans 5:1). The word of God says people are saved by grace but it is through faith (Ephesians 2:8). At salvation the level of faith in people gives them access to salvation because of the grace of God. People can only enjoy the blessings of Abraham through faith (Galatians 3:13-14). It is the Holy Spirit that move people to be able to believe God and without faith they will not be able to achieve the plan of God for their lives (Philippians 2:13).
 
   Whenever people merely receive the word of God and it does not produce faith in them, it will not profit them (Hebrews 4:2). We receive faith when the spirit in the word is released into our spirit (John 6:63, Romans 10:17). That makes you to be restless till the plan of God is executed in your life. By faith Moses confronted Pharaoh, like facing the president of a nation to command him to let Israel go. By faith, they pass through the Red Sea because God said they should. Friend, when faith is at work in you, all things become possible. Peace.
    
PRAYER: Lord, let your faith be released for my freedom.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
