  JOY John 16:16-24  Devotional:- “Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy.” (V. 20) NKJV God’s word says when sorrow endures till a night, joy comes in the morning (Psalms 30:5). This is an assurance and evidence that what is called sorrow is not a permanent situation in the life of a child of God. This is because it is certain that when a night comes, morning is always the next. The night is evidence of the coming morning. This is evidence that what you are going through right now will soon result in joy. In fact, the tougher it is, the closer the joy. May you see it. The scripture we read today gave us a new dimension of hope in our lives. Jesus said, our sorrow shall turn to joy. That which we think is a thing of sorrow shall suddenly become a thing of joy. Jesus likens it to a woman who is in labour. Women in this state often feel as if the end has come. But ...

Proverbs 4:14-27
Devotional:- “But the path of the just is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day” (V. 18) NKJV



   Consistent progress demand continuous momentum to sustain it. That is why it is people who have learnt how to tap into the energy of the spirit that can keep progressing no matter what. This is because; they will be employing the forces beyond the natural.
 
   The word of God says “the part of the just will shine brighter and brighter”. This brightness is a product of light which illuminates the mind. This light is produced by the word of God (Psalms 119:115, 130). This illumination comes as we meditate in the word of God.
 
   Friend, that marriage can be restored. That business can progress again. All that you need is the illumination of your mind as you hear and meditate on the word of God. This is the way of strength. This illumination is the energy of the spirit to ignite the strength in you for progress. When the energy of God is employed, no barrier can stop it. Connect with the word today and you will be unstoppable. Peace.
 
PRAYER: Lord, help me to contact your light for my light
 
“TRUE LIGHT IS STRONGER THAN BARRIERS”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
