OVERFLOWING WITH JOY

OVERFLOWING WITH JOY Psalm 23:1-6 Devotional:- “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over” (v.5) NKJV It is the will of God in this season to fill your life with good things until you overflow with joy. This is not God’s plan for a few people but for all mankind. He intends to make everyone overflow with the good things of life. What does it mean to overflow? This simply means God want everyone to experience an abundance of good things and then flow out to others (John 10:10).  King David was sharing the testimony of his own overflowing experience. Though the enemies wanted to stop him, the Lord did it for him. Despite all the challenges and hurdles he has to pass through yet God brought him to his overflowing experience. BEARING FRUITS

BEARING FRUITS

Galatians 5:16-26
Devotional:- “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,” (V. 22)NKJV

There are different types of fruits that people bears. There are biological fruits and there are spiritual fruits. To be able to bear fruits, you will always need an empowerment. God has created in everyone the ability to be fruitful. Yet, it does not always come without its own challenges (Genesis 3:16-19).

As a child of God, your life should bear the fruits of the Spirit because Christ is in you. That is why you should not struggle to love, joyful or be at peace with others. You only need to repeatedly meditate in this scripture of spiritual fruitfulness and the energy of the spirit will help you to choose these fruits in your relationship with people.

If you have a bad habit that is tarnishing your image or that of your family, let this word of God be taught to your family. And the ability to bear the fruits of godliness shall be given to you. Remember, if you don't uproot the weeds, the wheat will not flourish. So, pray and decree the uprooting of the negative seeds (Matthew 15:13). Then, keep prayerfully sharing the words of God. The word is powerful enough for both conversion and production of fruits of righteousness (Hebrews 4:12; Psalms 19:7). Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, release the strength of your word into my life to bear the fruits of righteousness.
