The devil’s goal is to see men not fulfil their purpose of creation. But he has failed in your case. God who sends us to the earth has equipped us with grace, strength, wisdom, foresight and vision, a strong spirit, strength for greatness and great potential to succeed.   Devil, understanding this is doing everything to pollute and damage the strength in us. In the scripture we read today, Paul said, “… I am already been poured out as a drink offering…”, that ...

Everyone who is aiming at success in this world must learn how to redeem the time. You need to know that you are a timed being. There is appointed time for each vision and destiny (Ecclesiastics 3:1). One serious business of the enemy against the destiny of men is to make people miss their time. That is, to disallow your destiny from manifesting at the right time. He knows that by doing this, many visions and dreams could be made of no effect. But the Bible teaches us the wisdom of redeeming the time.

To redeem the time means to buy the lost time back. To refuel in strength for the achievement of your vision in your mind and start to work towards it afresh. It is to disallow situations and circumstantial challenges from hindering you. How do you do this? Refuse to see yourself as a loser (1 John 5:4). Refuse to dwell in your past failures. Observe what has been stopping you in the past. It could be character and attitude or material things, and try to lay it aside (Hebrews 12:1). Refuse to lose the memory of your vision (Genesis 40:14). List down your challenges and encourage yourself to face them. Redress and reorganise yourself to succeed. Find out the promises of the word of God for your success and victory. Then build a new hope and faith in God. Having done these, you will see yourself doing what they said you cannot do again.

Friend, you can still go back to school. You can still embark on that business. You can still get that contract. Do not say it is over. Your age is not a barrier. Rekindle the fire of your vision and organise yourself to achieve it. Then you will be surprised by the help of God. You can make it and you will make it in Jesus name!

Prayer: Lord, help me to rekindle the fire of my vision.
