Many even ignorantly go into covenant with others in the name of family relation or financial help and could not fulfil their pledge. Some give pledges in public, though they are not sure if they will be able to pay. Some have borrowed money and have not been able to pay back after promising to do so. It is better not to promise than to promise and not fulfil it; be very careful rushing to make dangerous promises. Else God will not count you innocent and faithful. And his ric...

Psalms 126:1-6

Many of us need to wake up to the truth that a man who lacks seed will also lack harvest. Formally, I also used to look for excuses to avoid giving, but later I came to understand that it is a trick of the devil. Many people are expecting divine provision, but are never willing to give (Proverbs 28:22). See, if the enemy can successfully deceive you this way, then he has truly won. The scripture says, only the liberal soul shall be made fat. Jesus also said that it is when you give that it shall be given unto you.

I don’t know what your financial situation could be right now, but please take this wisdom from now. You need to believe in sowing. Friend, blessings don’t answer to prayer but to seed (Galatians 6:7). It is not how much but how wise and willing your heart is with consistency (Galatians 6:9). Though your finances may look low, keep sowing. Even if you are doing it with tears, you don’t stop. This is only a guarantee of a better tomorrow. Rain falls after the water has gone up. If nothing goes up, nothing will fall down. This does not know a pastor nor a bishop. This is because God’s intention for His blessing, is that we become the kingdom financier.

Be faithful to God in your tithe, offering, kingdom investments, and giving to men of God who are being used to bless you spiritually (Galatians 6:6). Take care of both your physical and spiritual parents, your family and the poor. Then you are sure of a better tomorrow financially. You are not created as a beggar but a giver. And that is what you shall be.

Prayer: Lord, help me to be a generous Soul.
