God is great, mighty and victorious. No one can challenge His power and authority. They’ve not given birth to the devil that can face God. He has on several occasions given the devil a public disgrace (Colossians 3:15). When God created man, He expected him to cheaply overcome the enemy. But the first man fell into the devil’s trick. Because God cannot fail, He did not create a second Adam but gave birth to Him. There is power in this. He discovered that the first Adam did not perfectly resemble Him in strength and power. So, he is referred to as the firstborn among the living. God has not born anyone before Him. Whatever you give birth to will carry your strength. 

Friends, that is why people become Christians not by coming to church but by being born again (John 1:12). When a man invites Christ to his life, he is given power to become a child of God born of God (John 1:12). The same power produces the strength of God in you. The Bible says, “whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world”, so you are loaded and equipped to win. That is why every man needs to be born again. That is an enemy to overcome. God’s strength is in you. You only need to recognise and build up on it. You are no longer an ordinary person. You are born with the strength and power of God (Turn to the back page if you need to be born again). Friend, let your faith grow in this word; you carry the seed of God. You will win. 

Prayer: Lord, let there be a growth of the seed of God in me for victory

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!” (V. 17) NLT  God has a purpose behind every problem. God depends more on circumstances to grow our character than reading the Bible; this is because we have challenging circumstances twenty four seven. The word of God made us to see challenges in our life as normal (1 Peter 4:18). Your deepest expression of worship is mostly in the darkest days. It is during suffering that we learn to pray our most authentic, heart-felt and honest prayers to God (James 5:16). God would have kept Jeremiah from the throne to the pit, Joseph from been thrown into the jail, Paul from been shipwrecked or the three Hebrew from been thrown into the fire but he left those problems to himself.
