  ATMOSPHERE OF LOVE l John 4:12-19 Devotional:- “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.“ (V. 18) NKJV In any environment where love is predominant, such environment will be characterized with liberty. So many people who desire an atmosphere of love today unconsiciously create barriers agaisnt it by not creating a free environment. In the home of some people, though they complain there is no love, they don’t create liberty among themselves. The scripture we read today says, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. “A very good portrait of love is the atmosphere God created in the garden of Eden at creation. God wanted love, and so He made it a free relationship. Liberty is not an absence of rules and regulations but the joy of living by the rules without fear. WHAT IS INSPIRATION?

Scripture Reading 1 Chronicles 12:16-21
Devotional: “Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, chief of the captains, and he said: "We are yours, O David; We are on your side, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to your helpers! For your God helps you." So David received them, and made them captains of the troop” (V. 18) NKJV

    To be inspired is to be driven by a force into an action. It is to be influenced into an action. It is to be moved for a performance. It is a sudden mental stimulation to be brilliant or been creative to solve a problem. Whenever we are inspired, our mind is stimulated to act supernaturally. It is to have a sudden and timely idea that can show the next step forward.

Some men from the tribe of king Saul, the enemy of David was moved by the Lord to help David. It is a dangerous thing to accept people from the camp of your enemy. But the Holy Spirit inspired one of them and he started prophesying. As children of God, filled with the Holy Spirit, we should always allow the Holy Spirit to inspire us and not the flesh in any situation.

By inspiration, a man will always speak wisdom above his mental ability. He will act beyond the natural. As a writer, broadcaster or an actor, designer or whatever profession we are, the inspiration by the Holy Spirit will make us to excel above others. Acknowledging by asking the Holy Spirit in us to help us will always connect us to the inspiration of the Holy Spirit (Proverbs 3:5-6). And we will be a solution for progress. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, help me to always connect with your Spirit in me.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
