  A SINGING HEART Ephesians 5:10-20 Devotional:- “speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,” (v.19) NKJV Singing always, to some people, is equal to madness. Some believe that if you see a man who has never had a time of sorrow, then he is not a man. According to them, life must have ups and downs. But do you know that God want to simply make your days full of joy and void of sorrow. That is why Christ came to carry our sorrows away. If He has come to carry our sorrow away, then it is wrong to expect yourself to still be living in what is no more available (Isaiah 53:4). What the bible is teaching us today is contrary to what men will teach. God’s word wants us to always sing and be joyful. That is why God’s word says; rejoice in the Lord always and not sometimes (Philippians 4:4). COMFORT

Scripture Reading Isaiah 40:1-5
Devotional:- "Speak comfort to Jerusalem, and cry out to her, That her warfare is ended, That her iniquity is pardoned; For she has received from the Lord's hand Double for all her sins." (V. 2) NKJV

    Anyone who lives by the inspiration of God will always be a comfort to others. His words will be rich to the hearer. Not because of his qualification, but because of his connection to the Holy Spirit. A rich word is the one that offer you information to help you out of a situation or guide you to progress.

Our connection with the Holy Spirit helps us to become a comfort to others. This is because the Holy Spirit knows the intent of the heart of men (Hebrews 4:12). Most people will never tell you what they are going through. Even, when you want to help them, you don’t know how. But the Holy Spirit knows all things.

The Holy Spirit wants to use you to comfort others but you cannot do that on your own alone (John 15:5). Learn to ask Him for what to say to people always. You will suddenly become someone people like to hang around. You will also find comfort as you comfort others. You will become an instrument of encouragement to many. Discouragement is one of the strongest weapons to destroy man. Don’t just speak anyhow again. Don’t just speak like people use to speak. There are too many people around you in need of encouragement and God wants to use you. Let all your word be a blessing to someone. God will make you a comfort in Jesus name. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, use me to encourage the discouraged around me.

“COMFORT IS A KEY TO LIBERATE A PRISONED HEART”.

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
