WAITING ON THE LORD 2 Samuel 5:1-10 Devotional:- “David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years” (v.4) NKJV One of the good virtues of God we must always appreciate is His faithfulness. God is not a man that will lie; whatever He has said in His word, He is able to do and He shall do. You can always plug yourself into His promises as much as you work in His covenants. I always tell people never to think God’s word is written only to some specific persons we hear or read about in the Bible. The word of God is the standard practice and programme of God. They were only privileged to be the ones to receive the word at their time, but God is still the same, and so is His word. In claiming the word of God, you must learn to be able to patiently wait. People who will retain their joy must add this virtue to their life (Hebrews 6:12). SILENCE INNER PRAYERS

Scripture Reading Psalms 25:1-7
Devotional:- “Show me Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths” (V. 4) NKJV

    A heart that fears the Lord is a heart of wisdom (Job 28:28). This is because such heart will not see himself above his level (Romans 12:3). With the fear of the Lord, he will know the importance of God in his life.

As we desire to be inspired by the Holy Spirit, we must learn the act of connecting with the Holy Spirit in us to inspire us in every situation. This is by a silence inner prayer to the Lord always. This should be a life style for everyone who wants to be a solution to his/her world like Joseph and Daniel was. It will be possible to do this when we learn to humble ourselves before God by recognizing His importance in our lives.

Friend, develop this as a habit. Start from today in all situations. You will be shocked at the level of inspiration and wisdom that will proceed out of your mouth. You will become a student of what is proceeding out of your mouth. This is the way to answer in every situation (Colossians 4:6; Daniel 2:1-20). In any conversation of any sought, let us learn the act of silence inner prayers to the Holy Spirit in us. And you shall be a sign and a wonder to your world. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to always connect to your Spirit in me in all situations

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
