  TIME OF CELEBRATION  2 Samuel 6:11-23 Devotional:- “Then David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod” (V. 14) NKJV As much as this season is tagged with much celebration, the enemy often tries to see how he could poison the joy of many people to remove them from the list of people who will celebrate. It will be wisdom for you to know that happiness and sorrow are a choice. I will advise you to choose to rejoice in hope and leave sorrow for the enemy (Romans 5:22). In the scripture we read today, David and all the people were in a mood of celebration because of the advent of the ark of the Lord. But a lady could not see what was worth celebrating, and she took offence at David’s elegant celebration. And she remains barren till her death. Friend, if the coming of the ark of the Lord is sufficient to lose celebration, how much more the coming of Christ, the Son of God. Don’t let the devil push you to sorrow corner in a time like this. SILENCE INNER PRAYERS

Scripture Reading Psalms 25:1-7
Devotional:- “Show me Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths” (V. 4) NKJV

    A heart that fears the Lord is a heart of wisdom (Job 28:28). This is because such heart will not see himself above his level (Romans 12:3). With the fear of the Lord, he will know the importance of God in his life.

As we desire to be inspired by the Holy Spirit, we must learn the act of connecting with the Holy Spirit in us to inspire us in every situation. This is by a silence inner prayer to the Lord always. This should be a life style for everyone who wants to be a solution to his/her world like Joseph and Daniel was. It will be possible to do this when we learn to humble ourselves before God by recognizing His importance in our lives.

Friend, develop this as a habit. Start from today in all situations. You will be shocked at the level of inspiration and wisdom that will proceed out of your mouth. You will become a student of what is proceeding out of your mouth. This is the way to answer in every situation (Colossians 4:6; Daniel 2:1-20). In any conversation of any sought, let us learn the act of silence inner prayers to the Holy Spirit in us. And you shall be a sign and a wonder to your world. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to always connect to your Spirit in me in all situations

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
