  LIVING WTH VISION Proverbs 29:17-25  Devotional:- “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he” (v. 18) KJV People may not be able to enjoy the best of God’s love until they live with a vision. God only releases provision for a vision. If you have your vision of life, and you are ready to pursue it, then you can be too sure of a glorious tomorrow. This is because God will do everything to see to the fulfilment of your vision. All God-given visions are capable of building a great destiny. Vision is an insight into the plan and programme of God for your life. Since it has to do with insight, it can only be revealed or unfolded. So it will take waiting on the Lord to receive the revelation of God concerning your life (Habakkuk 2:1). Waiting here simply means consciously standing in God’s presence to see into His mind for you. God’s vision for His children are in dieverse ways. A CLEAN HEART

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 24:1-6
DEVOTIONAL VERSE: “He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear by what is false” (Vs. 4)

    God who is the King of this kingdom has covenanted in His word to always answer the prayers of the citizens (Matthew 7:7) Prayer is basically the only way for man to commune with God and receive from Him (Jeremiah 33:3). It could be quite frustrating when we pray and do not receive any answer. One of the factors responsible for unanswered prayers is the state of our hearts.

Our heart is the link between our spirit and our body. As God loves to take over our hearts, the devil also want to do the same. When the heart is given to pleasure and worldliness, it will surely be taken over by the devil (James 4:4). The word of God says, for anyone to access God and receive answers to his/her prayers, such will need to have a clean heart. 

A clean heart is a heart that is given to the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 3:16). It is a heart that meditates regularly on the word of God and not on the words of the world (Psalms 119:9). A clean heart obeys the instructions of God always (John 14:15). It is a heart that loves the Lord. This is why you need to purge your heart regularly from the uncleanliness of sin and ungodliness (James 4:8). That way, your prayers will not be hindered. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, help me to always clean up my heart before you

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
