TIME WITH GOD Luke 6:12-16 Devotional:- “Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God” (V. 12) NKJV You need to know that it is the breath of the Almighty that created you. His Spirit dwells in you from the very moment you believe. Therefore, the more time you spend with your source the stronger you will be just like a fish will gain more strength when it is in water, so you are when you walk with God. He said we can of our own do nothing (John 15:5). You are here on assignment for him; He saved you to use you for His glory in the world (Isaiah 43:21). You will be wise to create quality time to be with Him.

FERVENT PRAYERS
SCRIPTURES:
James 5:13-18
DEVOTIONAL: “Confess
your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be
healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much”
(Vs. 16).
If God will
always answer our prayers, then we must also understand the place of fervency
in prayers. To be fervent is to be strongly focused on God and stay connected
to the purpose of our prayers. It is displaying a passionate intensity on our
prayer lives. For us to be fervent in our prayer lives, we must learn to go to
God with a purpose and determined heart to receive from Him. When we connect
with God in the attitude of faith, He would be attracted to us.
As much as people have needs, some still come to God with a 50/50 devotion. A fervent prayer comes from a strong heart built strong by faith in the word of God. Isaac prayed with fervency for his wife to conceive (Genesis 25:21). Hannah prayed with fervency and she received Samuel (1 Samuel 1:27). You and I can always receive whatever we need if only we learn to pray fervently. Instead of our challenges weighing us down, let us come boldly in faith and with the determination of not taking a “No” for an answer. As we do this, heaven will be opened for us and we shall have testimonies.
Prayer: Lord,
it is time for my prayers to be answered in Jesus name.
“IF YOU ARE DESPERATE ENOUGH, YOU WILL GET ENOUGH FROM GOD”.

THE GRACIOUS
THE GRACIOUS Exodus 34:1-8 Devotional:- “…The Lord, the Lord a God merciful and gracious, long-suffering and abundance in goodness and truth” (V.6) AMPL For believers of this Generation to have the fullness of heaven as the word of God promised, they will need to have the right understanding of who our God is. It is the wrong concept of God that has limited the exploitation of Christians and made many lives wrongly. God’s word says those who know their God shall be strong (Daniel 11:32). If you will be stronger than your challenges you must know your God.
ONLY THE VICTORS
ONLY THE VICTORS Revelation 21:1-8 Devotional:- “He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son” (v. 7) NKJV In this part of the world, many are not so used to taking responsibility over challenges. Instead of been proactive to foresee and prevent issues, people are used to looking out for whom to blame and who should help out (Proverbs 14:23). It is vivid that we are in a challenging season. It is also clear that we are drawing closer to the end of the age.
ALTERNATIVES
ALTERNATIVES II Kings 5:1-15 Devotional:- “Are not the Abanah and the Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?" So he turned and went away in a rage”. (V12) NKJV It is always the trick of the devil to make us lose sight of God. So he often makes us see alternatives to God. His own goal is to take people away from God. The enemies so much make his way look easy and quick but with eternal implications. That is why you need to grow your faith and not yield to his tricks. The devil’s alternative will always be with covenants that bind into darkness.
