Practice hospitality” (V. 13) NIV There is hardly anyone in the world who does not need help, except that they are not making any move to make something happen. So help is a need of people who are looking forward, people who have vision or people who are pursuing a life goal. If you consider yourself in need of help, then you are just one of the people on the path of success. This help could vary from the need for the right people’s assistance, counselling, or money and material. We need to understand with clarity that at any period in time, we will surely reap what we have sown (Galatians 6:7). And so we must keep sowing help into the life of others to reap help. NEW  THING

Isaiah 43:18-21 
Devotional:- “For I'm going to do a brand-new thing. See, I have already begun! Don't you see it? I will make a road through the wilderness of the world for my people to go home, and create rivers for them in the desert!? (V.19) TLB

    Sometimes we make the mistake of basing our faith not on the word of God but upon our experiences. Many of us do not know that faith will always be weak in us when we allow it to attend the school of experience. That is, we weigh it or compare it with what we’ve gone through in the past. Then it becomes doubt. I know you might have gone through all kinds of experiences in the past years. You have prayed, and nothing happened. You have waited only to see nothing. Yet you will need to believe God afresh for a new experience in this year.

God said that you should forget the former experience. And please throw them off in your mind. God said He will do a new thing. He will give you and your family a new experience. A time will come when you will not remember these past experiences again. Just like a woman soon forgets her labour experience because a baby is born, so shall it be for you.

God is making a way for you in your wilderness and rivers in your desert. In other words, God is beating your imagination this year. What you least expected in goodness will suddenly manifest in your life. This shall be a wonderful time in your life. Your tears shall be turned to cheers, and your sorrow shall be turned to songs of joy. This season will be for your praise and celebration in God and nothing shall stop your joy. To someone this year, God is giving you a baby, and to another a new blessing of joy. You will surely laugh!

PRAYER: LORD, GIVE ME A NEW EXPERIENCE OF YOUR GLORY THIS YEAR.

“LIGHT IS BEST APPRECIATED IN DARKNESS”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
