THE PAST

THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. God is starting a brand-new thing with you. He is giving you new experiences of success and breakthrough. You need to lea...

GREAT NATION

GREAT NATION

Genesis 12:1-9
Devotional:- “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing” (V.2) NKJV

Everyone created by God is destined to be great, including you and your family. Greatness is the heritage of all God's children. I read about one of the nations of the earth, that at least each family has a great person. God is about to do the same thing in this nation and He is starting from you. Please believe and accept it.

In the Scripture we read today, God called Abraham out of his country and his people to make him a great nation. God was not afraid to make such promises because He knew He could fulfill them. If He did it in the life of Abraham, He will do it in your life too.

You need to first understand that these promises are not only for Abraham but for all that will become members of his family. You can therefore link up with this family lineage through the Lord Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:13-14). If anyone is going to tap into this grace, he must also depart from worldliness and come into God’s righteousness (2 Corinthians 6:17; 1 John 2:15-17). It is as you separate yourself unto the Lord that you can claim God’s greatness. These promises are for you and your family. And this year you shall see it fulfilled.

God will make you a great nation. That is, kings and rulers shall come from your family. He will bless you. He will make your name great. I know that no one knows your name, but soon your name shall be internationally recognized. People will also learn to pronounce your name. And from now on, you will see it happening to you. You are rising up!

PRAYER: LORD, MAKE MY NAME GREAT ON THE EARTH.

“WHEN THE GREAT GOD DECLARES GREATNESS ON YOU, YOU WILL CERTAINLY BECOME GREAT”
