  NEVER FORGOTTEN Isaiah 49:13-23  Devotional:- “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you” (V. 15) NKJV Delays in some situations of life could sometimes make one feel forgotten. This could make anyone feel neglected and hated. Have you ever been in a situation where everyone was served but you alone were forgotten? This could bring a big embarrassment. But God cannot make such a mistake. Before He began serving, you were the one in His mind. His mind is filled with the memory of your love.  The scripture we read today says, even if a mother forgets to nurse her child, which I think is impossible, God said He cannot forget you. If a woman, for example, is far away from a child which has not been weaned, two of them will not find it easy. The baby will soon be crying, and the mother’s breast will soon be heavy and painful. I SHALL SHINE

Isaiah 60:1-12
Devotional:- “Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you” (V.1) NKJV

    Everyone created by God is made and programmed to shine. God has never destined anyone to be a failure. You can see this expressed in the word of God several times. When God wanted to increase Abraham’s faith, He told him to number the stars if he could, for his children would be like them (Genesis 15:4-6). In other words, God was saying, that even his unborn children will be as numerous and glorious as stars. I see this becoming your portion too (Galatians 3:13-14). Also, when Jesus came to teach the people the plan and the mind of God, He told us in the scripture that we are the light of the world. A city on the top of a hill that cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14). He says, that we should let our light shine (Matthew 5:16).

text-align: justify;">All of these are to establish the fact that you are created to shine, and you will shine. I know that some forces might have been covering your glory. But do you know it is impossible to cover the glory of the stars and the sun? They cannot help but radiate. Friend, this new year, you are shining through the cloud. All clouds of shame and failure shall fade away in the name of Jesus.

What matters most is you keep meditating on the word of God for your light to come. Your light is knowledge of the truth of the word of God. Take it up to personally study God’s word this year and build up yourself in it by praying it into your life. Be a seeker of the truth. Find out until you discover the truth. Give yourself a Bible reading project from now on. You will take faith or wisdom first, and sit down with the Bible and other books until you discover the secrets to your rising and annex them into your life. See. When you are adding light to your system, you are sure to shine. Your glory can no more be hindered. You are shining!

PRAYER: LORD, STRENGTHEN ME TO SEARCH FOR THE LIGHT THIS YEAR FOR MY RISING.

“YOU CAN NOT HAVE THE PROPERTY OF LIGHT AND NOT SHINE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
