  ENVY NO ONE Genesis 37:1-11  Devotional:- “And his brothers envied him, but his father kept the matter in mind.” (V.11) NKJV For a man to enjoy God’s love being wonderfully demonstrated to him, he must constitute a habit of not envying anyone. This is the reason why many cannot demonstrate genuine love to others. It is time you begin to understand that your value is not comparable. Envy is an emotional act people put on when they feel someone is better than them. Envy is always the mother of negative jealousy. It breeds bitterness and pushes people to commit all kinds of crimes. Some people’s reason for being armed robbers is that since they could not make it legitimately, they must go and get it by force from the hands of those who have made it. APPLE OF HIS EYE

Zechariah 2:6-10 
Devotional:- “For thus says the LORD of hosts: "He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye” (v.8) NKJV

    We need to know that God is so jealous of us and He wants to preserve us. Though we are living in a wicked world, God has His program to protect and preserve His children. It is only a wicked father who will not protect his own people when he possesses the ability to do so. And God is a good father. Whatever loss you have experienced in the past, this year will be a year of better experiences for you. It shall be peaceful and calm.

In the scripture we read today, God said, whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye. The apple of our eye is the black part and it is difficult for anyone to touch (Psalm 17:8). You will observe that you give so much protection to your eye. The eyelids are doing great work to quickly close when any object or danger is approaching so that it does not touch our eyes.

This is what God compares you to be to Him. Whoever touches you shall be hindered (Colossians 3:3). It becomes impossible for anyone to touch you (Romans 8:31). This year will be one of the safest years for both you and your family. God is set to bless you and He will not leave freely for the enemy to plunder you. Believe the promises of the word of God above all situations, claim the promises and you will receive according to your faith. Rejoice always in His promises and it shall be well with you in Jesus name.

PRAYER: LORD, I DECLARE THAT I AND MY FAMILY SHALL BE PRESERVED BY YOUR PROTECTION TO THE END

“YOUR VALUE DETERMINES THE LEVEL OF YOUR PROTECTION”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
