NEVER FORGOTTEN

NEVER FORGOTTEN Isaiah 49:13-23  Devotional:- “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you” (V. 15) NKJV Delays in some situations of life could sometimes make one feel forgotten. This could make anyone feel neglected and hated. Have you ever been in a situation where everyone was served but you alone were forgotten? This could bring a big embarrassment. But God cannot make such a mistake. Before He began serving, you were the one in His mind. His mind is filled with the memory of your love.  The scripture we read today says, even if a mother forgets to nurse her child, which I think is impossible, God said He cannot forget you. If a woman, for example, is far away from a child which has not been weaned, two of them will not find it easy. The baby will soon be crying, and the mother’s breast will soon be heavy and painful. Friend, God can never forget you. That is why He said He ...

GREAT LIGHT

GREAT LIGHT

Isaiah 9:1-7
Devotional:- “The people who walked in darkness Have seen a great light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, Upon them a light has shined.” (v. 2) NKJV

It is a fact that if anyone is walking in darkness, such may fall and stumble, but when there is light, everyone walks with confidence, and some might even run. No matter how good a car may be, even when it is new, the moment the headlights and other lights are not working, the journey will not be smooth and fast in dark times. So, when it comes to the smooth running of the car at night, the engine is not the most important, but the light. So, it is in our lives.

Lives of many lack the light of life and so cannot move freely or fast in this dark world. Such people will find life miserable. The Bible says, The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness comprehends it not (John 1:5). This talks about the power of light. From now on, one of the things you will surely experience is having a light, and your paths shall be lightened. Your confusion will be destroyed, and discretion shall be given to you.

You need to know that on this resurrection day, Jesus had paid for your liberty from the power of darkness (Colossians 2:14-15). This darkness is the manifestation of demons in the heart of people to always minister confusion to them (1 Corinthians 14:33). Their ministry is to keep coursing arguments in the minds of people to confuse them into fear and doubt. We are to cast them out of our hearts (2 Corinthians 10:4-6; Mark 16:17). They came into our hearts by the evil or negative information we always listen to because words are the vehicle of the spirits to move from heart to heart (John 6:63). Please know that at resurrection God has given Jesus all authority in heaven and the earth (Matthew 28:18). Remember, Jesus has given this authority to you over darkness (Luke 10:19). So, never you remain under the operation of darkness anymore.

All you need to do is to always meditate on the word of God with an open heart for insight, and then the light of God will illuminate your mind for clear direction. Create time for God’s word and always meditate on it. The light of God will reveal His glory to you; you will surely walk in the newness of life. All your darkness shall vanish. There shall be no room for the devil. You will know what to do with your business, family, and career. And now your life shall shine again.

PRAYER: LORD, HELP ME TO GAIN YOUR LIGHT DAILY THROUGH YOUR WORD.

“LIGHT IS THE STRENGTH OF SPEED”
