LOVE DEFINED I John 4:7-11 Devotional:- “He who does not love does not know God, for God is love” (V.8) NKJV Today, many people have been put into great trouble simply because they are looking for love. Since the nature of man cannot enjoy living without a lover, everyone searches for one wholeheartedly. If you find anyone who says he doesn’t need love from anyone, he is not sincere. He will soon find himself in desperate need of love. Since love is a universal need, men always seek for it, and most people never find it. There are quite a lot of things men term love, which are not, and has inturn misled and confused them. Until you can define your need, you may not have them met. This necessitates the need to truly define love. The scripture we read today gave us the true meaning of love. And you will be wise to embrace the word of God. It said, “God is love” (1 John 4:8). AGENT OF BLESSING

Genesis 30:25-35 
Devotional:- “And Laban said to him, "Please stay, if I have found favor in your eyes, for I have learned by experience that the LORD has blessed me for your sake” (v.27) NKJV

    When God’s hand of blessing is upon anyone, wherever he/she turns to shall deliver his blessing. Most men think they have to force their way to the top by crooked means or by killing. Little do they know that it takes the hand of God on a man to be blessed (I Chronicles 4:10). In this season, the hand of God shall be upon you, not only to bless you but also to make you an agent of blessing.

In our scripture today, Jacob came to stay with his relation Laban to escape from the wrath of his brother Esau. But because he was a covenant child, he became an agent of blessing for Laban. Before Jacob came, Laban had little (Genesis 30:30). But God’s hand was on Jacob for blessing, and God blessed Laban.

Friend, do you know that you are a covenant child, and that the hand of the Lord your God is upon you for good and for blessing (Galatians 3:13-14)? If no one has ever been blessed in your family, it is sure you are the first one. Just make sure you remain with God’s covenant family, which is His church. Whoever employs you this year shall be blessed. You are a carrier of God’s virtue for blessing.

This year you shall be blessed and highly favoured. Your vain labour is over, for you shall cause your boss to inherit blessing. You shall not be denied your portion any more. At the close of this year, you shall be referred to as the blessing in Jesus name.

PRAYER: LORD, HELP ME TO REMAIN IN YOUR COVENANT FAMILY.

“WHEN A SOMEONE IS ORDAINED TO BE BLESSED, WHATEVER HE DOES PROSPERS IN HIS HAND”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
