  ENVY NO ONE Genesis 37:1-11  Devotional:- “And his brothers envied him, but his father kept the matter in mind.” (V.11) NKJV For a man to enjoy God’s love being wonderfully demonstrated to him, he must constitute a habit of not envying anyone. This is the reason why many cannot demonstrate genuine love to others. It is time you begin to understand that your value is not comparable. Envy is an emotional act people put on when they feel someone is better than them. Envy is always the mother of negative jealousy. It breeds bitterness and pushes people to commit all kinds of crimes. Some people’s reason for being armed robbers is that since they could not make it legitimately, they must go and get it by force from the hands of those who have made it. AGENT OF BLESSING

Genesis 30:25-35 
Devotional:- “And Laban said to him, "Please stay, if I have found favor in your eyes, for I have learned by experience that the LORD has blessed me for your sake” (v.27) NKJV

    When God’s hand of blessing is upon anyone, wherever he/she turns to shall deliver his blessing. Most men think they have to force their way to the top by crooked means or by killing. Little do they know that it takes the hand of God on a man to be blessed (I Chronicles 4:10). In this season, the hand of God shall be upon you, not only to bless you but also to make you an agent of blessing.

In our scripture today, Jacob came to stay with his relation Laban to escape from the wrath of his brother Esau. But because he was a covenant child, he became an agent of blessing for Laban. Before Jacob came, Laban had little (Genesis 30:30). But God’s hand was on Jacob for blessing, and God blessed Laban.

Friend, do you know that you are a covenant child, and that the hand of the Lord your God is upon you for good and for blessing (Galatians 3:13-14)? If no one has ever been blessed in your family, it is sure you are the first one. Just make sure you remain with God’s covenant family, which is His church. Whoever employs you this year shall be blessed. You are a carrier of God’s virtue for blessing.

This year you shall be blessed and highly favoured. Your vain labour is over, for you shall cause your boss to inherit blessing. You shall not be denied your portion any more. At the close of this year, you shall be referred to as the blessing in Jesus name.

PRAYER: LORD, HELP ME TO REMAIN IN YOUR COVENANT FAMILY.

“WHEN A SOMEONE IS ORDAINED TO BE BLESSED, WHATEVER HE DOES PROSPERS IN HIS HAND”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
