NEVER FORGOTTEN

NEVER FORGOTTEN Isaiah 49:13-23  Devotional:- “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you” (V. 15) NKJV Delays in some situations of life could sometimes make one feel forgotten. This could make anyone feel neglected and hated. Have you ever been in a situation where everyone was served but you alone were forgotten? This could bring a big embarrassment. But God cannot make such a mistake. Before He began serving, you were the one in His mind. His mind is filled with the memory of your love.  The scripture we read today says, even if a mother forgets to nurse her child, which I think is impossible, God said He cannot forget you. If a woman, for example, is far away from a child which has not been weaned, two of them will not find it easy. The baby will soon be crying, and the mother’s breast will soon be heavy and painful. Friend, God can never forget you. That is why He said He ...

HE WILL HELP YOU

HE WILL HELP YOU

Isaiah 41:1-10
Devotional:- “Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand” (v.10) NKJV

For a man’s life to be meaningful, he will surely need help. No one has risen to be anything great in life that will not have enjoyed God’s help. It is the mystery behind every success. Help is the catalyst for the lifting and success of people. Successful climbing in life is a function of help.

Humans need to receive help because everyone is limited. As we all run the race of life, we sometimes get to a junction at which our limitations become a barrier. In such times, what one needs is help. I know that it is your most urgent need even now.

I like to say that realizing your needs is not enough; you also have to locate the source of your needs. Oftentimes we quickly turn to people around us for help. Especially those who have climbed up in life, not knowing that they got there by the help of the Lord. Looking unto men for help is the reason for experiences of frustration people have today (Jeremiah 17:7-8; Psalms 121:1-2).

God said He will help you this year. Friend, Look up unto Him for your help. This does not mean your help will drop from the sky. God will only make a way for you where you least expect. He has prepared people he will use for your help now; today the Lord will touch them for you. God will link you up to your helper. All you need to do is to believe Him for His word and obey all His instructions. Soon your help shall come, and you shall rejoice.

PRAYER: LORD, LET MY HELP COME.
