LOOKING UNTO HIM

LOOKING UNTO HIM Psalms 34:1-7 Devotional:- “They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed” (V. 5) NKJV To enjoy the love of God for us, we must learn to keep looking unto Him. The scripture says, they looked unto him and were not ashamed. No one trusts in Him who will be ashamed at the end. It is amazing that Joseph, whom they sold as a slave, eventually became a ruler. Because that is God’s plan for Him (Genesis 45:1-9). Amazingly, Abraham, who had no children for almost a hundred years, at last became the father of eight children before he died (Genesis 25:1-2, 9). These are proofs of God’s faithfulness. Because He also has a plan for each of us, He does not want us to be discouraged or frustrated, but rather to keep looking unto Him. This is because He has a plan for us, and it shall surely come to pass. That is why He said, "I know the plans that I have for you; they are not of evil, but good, to give you a hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). H...

RELEASING LIGHT

RELEASING LIGHT

Matthew 5:13-18
Devotional:- “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (V. 16)

Soul winning is spreading the light of God. It is bringing others out of darkness. It is releasing the power that sets free from darkness. Too many in confusion (Joel 3:14). So many are wasting away by the affliction of the devil (John 10:10). Too many are in deep sorrow and depression. All these are the activities of the devil over human life. It is the reason the Lord has saved you to be a light to the people in darkness.

Every time a child of God preaches the gospel, he or she releases the light of the word of God. This light is revelation of the truth to destroy the power of darkness in the heart of the people. No darkness can wait for this light (John 1:5). This light is that Jesus has come to set people free from the cage of the devil.

This light is the word of God. Always open your mouth to share it. This light is in your heart as a believer. Whenever you open your mouth to speak it will flow through you (Psalms 81:10; John 7:37-39). Don’t keep it in your heart, speak it. Many are in need of it. The Lord will give you the grace.

Prayer: Lord, help me to always release your light.

“IF YOU ARE FULL OF LIGHT, YOU WILL ALWAYS RELEASE IT”.
