  SETBACK Genesis 39:10-21 Devotional:- “Then Joseph's master took him and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were confined. And he was there in the prison” (v.20) NKJV Most people do not yet understand that what we call a setback, a lot of time is a set-up to set us to our top. Setback, as viewed by people, is demotion, but it is rather an opportunity to retreat and re-fire for greater victory. When the purpose of a thing is not known, men are bound to abuse it. Today, we read about Joseph, who was thanking God for being promoted from a slave to a house overseer. He always tried to put his best into his assignment, and by this, he always had joy. At this time, the enemy wanted to damage his testimony by the temptation of sin, but he stood his ground for God (2 Timothy 2:22). But then he faced something like a demotion to prison. MAN NEEDS SAVIOUR

Isaiah 19:18-24
Devotional:- “And it will be for a sign and for a witness to the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt; for they will cry to the LORD because of the oppressors, and He will send them a Savior and a Mighty One, and He will deliver them” (v. 20) NKJV

    A greater percentage of people in the world today are held hostage by frustration, discouragement and sorrow. They have tried within their capacity and have failed over and over again. So they have come to the conclusion that they cannot move. This is a lie of the devil. There is no life that cannot move forward.  The word of God says he has kept before us an open door and not a shut door (Revelation 3:8).

Jesus came to save us from the destructive power of the devil. He came to give us hope and to show the way out of our limitations. That is why you and I need to preach the gospel of Jesus. This is connecting them to one that can save them (Act 13:23).

Friend, God have saved you to introduce Jesus the saviour to others. People became frustrated when held hostage by their enemy and they cannot move forward. People become discourage when there is no one to help them out. When people accept Jesus, He will set them free and reveal to them the way of faith for victory. You are winning in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, save me and help me to introduce salvation to others

“UNTIL THERE IS A SAVIOUR, A PRISONER IS HELPLESS”.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
