  LOOKING UNTO HIM Psalms 34:1-7 Devotional:- “They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed” (V. 5) NKJV To enjoy the love of God for us, we must learn to keep looking unto Him. The scripture says, they looked unto him and were not ashamed. No one trusts in Him who will be ashamed at the end. It is amazing that Joseph, whom they sold as a slave, eventually became a ruler. Because that is God’s plan for Him (Genesis 45:1-9). Amazingly, Abraham, who had no children for almost a hundred years, at last became the father of eight children before he died (Genesis 25:1-2, 9). These are proofs of God’s faithfulness. Because He also has a plan for each of us, He does not want us to be discouraged or frustrated, but rather to keep looking unto Him. This is because He has a plan for us, and it shall surely come to pass. That is why He said, "I know the plans that I have for you; they are not of evil, but good, to give you a hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). H...

DARKNESS TO LIGHT

Isaiah 9:1-5
Devotional:- "The people who walked in darkness Have seen a great light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, Upon them a light has shined". (V. 2)

    Darkness is the greatest problem of humanity. Darkness here represents blindness of the mind. This is the work and the activities of the devil (2 Corinthians 4:4). A mind that is blinded will not receive nor understand any good information you give to them. So they will be weak and not capable of rising.

People’s mind becomes blinded by the negative information given to them. The devil helps them take it in a wrong way till it stops their progress and stagnate their lives. The word of God is the truth that is capable of penetrating into the innermost part of the human life (Hebrews 4:12). The word of God is backed up by the spirit of the Lord (John 6:63). This makes it powerful to penetrate into any closed mind and liberate them from darkness into marvelous light.

Friend, you don't keep the gospel from your children in the name of social relevance. Share the word of God with your family, friends and neighbours. God’s word will destroy the power of darkness and give them light (Psalm 119:105; 1 Peter 2:9). They will become strong to rise by light.

Prayer: Lord, let the light of the gospel never stop in my life

“WHERE THERE IS LIGHT THERE WILL BE SUCCESS”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
