  PROMISES Isaiah 55:1-13  Devotional:- “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (V.11) NKJV One thing that is common with lovers are promises. It is part of what a true lover will want to hear. To a true lover, a promise is like a cheque capable of turning into cash. So when people who love us promise us, we cherish the promises. And when we remember them, it gladdens our heart. We even sometime feel happy enough to share it with other friends. One other terrible thing that is common with people is failing to fulfill promises. That is why it will be unwise to marry someone based on mare promises. These failure in promises of people, in some cases, are due to the inadequacy of human strength, or unforeseen circumstances that can overtake the promises, so the promised often feel deceived. FREEDOM

John 8:31-35
Devotional:- And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (v. 32) NKJV

    Humanity have been so limited and blinded by what ought not. The forces of the enemy has taking so much advantage of man. It is so terrible to know that we are the one who cooperate with the enemy. That is why many are in the bondage of the devil.

Jesus brought the power of the gospel to set man free. That is why you and I should understand the gospel for our freedom. It is then we can help others by sharing the gospel to them. The bondage of life is fear, doubt, condemnation and intimidation, curses by sin (Genesis 3:9-10). It takes a fortified word of God to set free from the bondage of sin.

Friend, Jesus came to set us free from the spirit of fear (John 8:32, 2 Timothy 1:7). Jesus came to set us free from doubt and condemnation (Romans 8:1). If our God is mighty behind us nothing will be able to intimidate us (Romans 8:31). Share the gospel everywhere you are and many souls shall be set free by the power of the word of God. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, let many be set free by your word through me.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
