  PROMISES Isaiah 55:1-13  Devotional:- “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (V.11) NKJV One thing that is common with lovers are promises. It is part of what a true lover will want to hear. To a true lover, a promise is like a cheque capable of turning into cash. So when people who love us promise us, we cherish the promises. And when we remember them, it gladdens our heart. We even sometime feel happy enough to share it with other friends. One other terrible thing that is common with people is failing to fulfill promises. That is why it will be unwise to marry someone based on mare promises. These failure in promises of people, in some cases, are due to the inadequacy of human strength, or unforeseen circumstances that can overtake the promises, so the promised often feel deceived. Mark 16:9-20
Devotional:- “And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature” (v. 15) NKJV

    No matter how good we are or how educated we are about soul winning, it will not replace the act of going out to win soul. In fact without going the rest is a waste. That is why our Christian life will not be completed without our involvement in soul winning. You need to know that until you are ready to practically face the ridicule, you don’t become a miracle.

Much more than encouraging you to be part of soul winning, you need to know it is a commandment of Jesus. Not obeying is also sin like other acts of disobedience. You therefore need to grow up. Make up your mind if you are for the Lord to obey the master.

Those who dodge this in the church are not mature Christians. You cannot access the full grace of the blessing of the kingdom of God until you are a soul winner. Humble yourself to do this and your reward will be eternal (Philippians 2:5). The moment you step out by faith you will enjoy the manifestation of the Grace of God. The Lord will make you a successful soul winner. 

Prayer: Lord, make me a practical soul winner

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
