  MAKING GOD HAPPY Numbers 6:22-27 Devotional:- “May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you” (V. 25 NLT) One of the goals of our life is to make God happy. This is because the goal of worship is to make God happy. A man can make God happy when he pleases the Lord in all His ways. Job was a man who pleases the Lord in his life time (Job 1:8). Noah was another man who also pleased God in his generation (Genesis 6:8). We are living for the glory of God when we live to make God happy by pleasing the Him. To make God happy, we must love Him supremely (Luke 14:26). No one loved us as God does. He knows what no one knows about us that is why we must love Him more than ALL. It is possible to love God supremely when we relate closely with Him (Hosea 6:6; Matthew 22:37-38; Genesis 6:9). To make God happy, we must learn to trust Him completely. DEAREST OF CREATION

Psalms 8:1-9
Devotional:- “What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him’ (V. 4)

    At creation God made all that man may need before making man. This is because man is the dearest of all creation. That is why man is made in the image and the likeness of God. In other words, man is made by the Spirit of God to have the traits of God. The purpose of this is because God wants to have His kind to fellowship with.  Goat fellowship with goat and dog fellowship with dog but God wants to fellowship with man, made in his image (Genesis 3:8).

God made man a free moral agent to choose to love Him or not. Just like a woman chose to love a man. But by the deception of the devil, man always wanted to do without God in their life and affairs. Hence, the need to evangelise to win the soul of man back to God. He has done so much to achieve this.

Friend, God is waiting for you to voluntarily choose to love Him. Don’t be deceived by the deceitful pleasure of this world. If you do away with God, He will do away with you. Respond to His love today and He will show you his love.

Prayer: Lord, help me to choose to love you all my life.

“TURNING TO YOUR MAKER INDEED IS THE GREATEST THING IN YOUR LIFE”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
