Telling lies can easily become a way of life. It has a strong demonic force to pull down human integrity, destroy career, and send to hell. (Revelation 21:8). Those who have lying lips enjoys doing it. Such thinks they are successful by deceiving others to have their way. They are contented with the immediate returns. But it cannot make anyone become anything, because a liar will soon be caught and pushed out of the place of honour. Even if they change their location, they will still be discovered.

A man who speaks with truthful lips may not have instant, encouraging reward, but it is sure. You may even be cheated for that, but God will bring your reward. In Genesis 39, Potiphar’s wife told a lie against Joseph, and no one listened to his truth. He was cast into prison, but God put him in the palace ( Gen 41).

A man of truthful lips may be put in a dungeon, but he will be brought out one day. Truthful lips establish a man forever. Keep to it. Don’t change; God is a faithful rewarder. There might be losses of drops of water. There shall be an ocean of blessings. Cherish your life and destiny; hold to it.

Prayer: Lord, help me to keep to a truthful lip

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
