Proverbs 17:1-5

There is no one who doesn't like to have a house already furnished and well perfected. We all like to work in a well-equipped office. This same thing applies to where we live. Everyone wants to live in a tastefully furnished and decorated house. Some singles want to marry a partner who is well-to-do, who has all the good things of life. (Proverbs 15:16–17)

We often don't bother about how do the people come into contact with what they have, nor do we bother about the problems associated with such a place or life before we readily agree to park in it. These things thrill us more than being watchful, though the victims are later trapped in their practice. Do you know that whatever you’ve not planted, you can not reap?

Do you also know that money and materials are deceitful? They cover up many terrible things that will later be revealed. Be careful rushing in because of riches. God’s word says, “Godliness with contentment is great gain”. Most of such houses lack joy and peace. These can not be bought with money. Be contented with where God is leading you. Build up the place together to your taste. That is wisdom

Prayer: Lord, help me to always be contempted in your goodness in my life

“THOSE WHO BUILD TOGETHER STAY JOYFULLY TOGETHER”
