God instituted marriage from the beginning. So, he is the foundation of every good home. We don’t always recognize that a home is like a structure, though God is the architect; but we have the responsibility of building. Before we get married, most people never know that they are coming to build. They always imagine it is already built. No sooner do they get married than they meet with overwhelming responsibilities, and many are scared.

You will start building as you begin to adjust to the system. You will need to put things in place, removing the removables and adjusting in terms of relationships and customs. Enduring the situations, working together for a better tomorrow for your home

Some try to run away from all this vigour, but you’ll be wise by starting to build yours now. No home is beautiful, calm or smooth; it is made to be by the man and the woman who have to take the pain of building it. Stop complaining, start to tolerate each other and also to keep buiļding.

Some pull down theirs with repetitive, abusive and offensive words; some with bad habits, laziness and nonchalant attitude. Such will regret in their future and seek for a good home with tears. Be a wise Woman, build your home and you will find a place of rest.


Prayer: Lord, help me to keep walking in the wisdom of a wise builder

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
