Human, by nature, doesn’t often want to be blamed but always likes to blame others or circumstances of their shortcomings. But I would like you to realise the terrible effect of the blame game in your life.   In the scripture we read today, Adam and Eve were simply playing the blame game. But do you know that it did not deliver them from the judgment of God? Neither will this game deliver...

Psalms 27:1-6
Devotional Verse - “One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple” (V. 4)

Every time you find the privilege to be in fellowship with God, you will be able to get the best of His presence when you stay connected. To stay connected means you don't give in to distractions. When you are personally fellowshipping stay there connected. When you are in church with other believers stay connected. It could be prayer time or worship or message or even offering time. In any of this time, refuse to be offline.

The Psalmist says “I desire one thing from the Lord that I may dwell, in the house of the Lord all the days of my life”. This does not mean taking the church as your house but ever connected to the presence of the Lord. Whether you are driving or eating or working in the office or among friends, don't cut off from Him in your heart. Set your mind at Him. What to do always is to keep beholding the beauty of the Lord in your mind. Don't let the eyes of your mind cut off from this. Also keep inquiring of Him on all you do (Proverbs 3:5-6).

That way, you will journey your life with God. He will always guide you to victory and favour. He will keep revealing His power to you. By this, you will carry the anointing of the Holy Spirit. You will open your mouth and wisdom will come out of it. And you will be an authority in God. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace not to be disconnected from you.
