In other words, learning is a privilege. The truth is that no man knows all things. We will be wise to learn from one another. Please understand that what you know now was learnt somehow. And if you find any trace of ignorance in your life, it is traceable to your refusal to learn. In the scripture we read today, God's word says Jesus, the King of kings and the Lo...

PRAYING IN TONGUES

5 Benefits of Praying in Tongues - Agape Christian Singles' BlogPRAYING IN TONGUES

Jude 20-25
Devotional Verse - “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit”(V.20)

A time of fellowship with God demands that we communicate with our spirit. This is beyond the realm of the mind. This is through meditation in our mind as we pray. This is by focusing and opening our eyes of the spirit to behold the throne of God. Whenever this happens, we become connected with God and we speak in tongue of the spirit.

The word of God says you are building yourself up in the faith whenever we pray in the spirit. In other words, praying in the Holy Spirit makes us build up in our relationship and fellowship with God. Praying in the spirit opens up a direct line between us and God. It makes us groan in our spirit when we pray. This is when the Holy Spirit takes over to help us pray better to God. This makes tremendous power available to us to give us victory as we pray.

However, this experience is limited only to Christians who are filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4). As a child of God, you must not joke with this encounter. You cannot guarantee your total portion in God without the Holy Spirit dwelling in you. Receive the grace. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to always connect with your spirit

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.
