  TIME OF CELEBRATION  2 Samuel 6:11-23 Devotional:- “Then David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod” (V. 14) NKJV As much as this season is tagged with much celebration, the enemy often tries to see how he could poison the joy of many people to remove them from the list of people who will celebrate. It will be wisdom for you to know that happiness and sorrow are a choice. I will advise you to choose to rejoice in hope and leave sorrow for the enemy (Romans 5:22). In the scripture we read today, David and all the people were in a mood of celebration because of the advent of the ark of the Lord. But a lady could not see what was worth celebrating, and she took offence at David’s elegant celebration. And she remains barren till her death. Friend, if the coming of the ark of the Lord is sufficient to lose celebration, how much more the coming of Christ, the Son of God. Don’t let the devil push you to sorrow corner in a time like this. REVEAL YOUR WEAKNESS                

1 John 1:5-10
Devotional Verse - “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (V. 9)
 
    People can only have the best of fellowship when they don’t hide behind one finger. True fellowship demands openness in sincerity. This is important so that God’s mercy can allow us to access His presence. Man by every standard can never be qualified to stand in the presence of God. All that the Lord desire of us is that we humble ourselves and open up to Him.
 
   The word of God says “if we say we have no sin, the truth is not in us”. But if we open up our weaknesses to God, He is faithful and just to forgive us. Opening our wounds to God gives Him the access to heal us. But pretending before your God is pride. So, to enjoy true and impactful fellowship demands that we don’t cover up before our maker like Adam and Eve did (Genesis 3:10).
 
   Friend, no one is covered and nothing is hiding before the Lord.  Playing hide and seek eliminates you from those who will prosper by the Lord (Proverbs 28:13). Whenever we reveal our weaknesses before Him, we enjoy His mercy. His mercy gives us access to his favour. This makes us partaker of His grace to prosper. Repent and forsake those sin and you will enjoy His mercy. Peace.
 
PRAYER: Lord, I need your mercy

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
