  HOW SERVANTS THINK Numbers 14:11-25 Devotional:- “But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it” (V. 24).   To be a servant requires complete mental shift and change in attitude. Before God, attitude count more than achievement (2 Chronicles 25:2). So, when we look at how real servants think, they think more about others than themselves. Humility is not thinking less of ourselves but thinking of ourselves less (Philippians 2:4). Jesus takes the form of a servant (Philippians 2:7). We can measure our servant’s heart by how we respond when others treat us as servants. Real servants think like a steward and not owner. They keep in mind that God owns it all.  To become a real servant you’ve got to settle the issue of money in your life (Luke 16:13). REVEAL YOUR WEAKNESS                

1 John 1:5-10
Devotional Verse - “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (V. 9)
 
    People can only have the best of fellowship when they don’t hide behind one finger. True fellowship demands openness in sincerity. This is important so that God’s mercy can allow us to access His presence. Man by every standard can never be qualified to stand in the presence of God. All that the Lord desire of us is that we humble ourselves and open up to Him.
 
   The word of God says “if we say we have no sin, the truth is not in us”. But if we open up our weaknesses to God, He is faithful and just to forgive us. Opening our wounds to God gives Him the access to heal us. But pretending before your God is pride. So, to enjoy true and impactful fellowship demands that we don’t cover up before our maker like Adam and Eve did (Genesis 3:10).
 
   Friend, no one is covered and nothing is hiding before the Lord.  Playing hide and seek eliminates you from those who will prosper by the Lord (Proverbs 28:13). Whenever we reveal our weaknesses before Him, we enjoy His mercy. His mercy gives us access to his favour. This makes us partaker of His grace to prosper. Repent and forsake those sin and you will enjoy His mercy. Peace.
 
PRAYER: Lord, I need your mercy

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
