  SPIRIT OF JOY Galatians 5:16-26 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness” (v.22) NKJV For all men to experience an ever-flowing joy, we must first possess the spirit of joy. God is the source of joy. When He is in a man, He brings His joy along (Psalm 16:11). Since God is a Spirit, He can only be with men by dwelling in them. When the spirit of God dwells in a man, he will experience unlimited joy. One of the most neglected exercises in the church is people receiving the Holy Spirit. Most Christians look for one excuse or the other to neglect the Holy Spirit in their life. Sometimes people feel the Holy Spirit is not that necessary. Some people feel it is an old way of following the Lord. But you need to know that if you lack the Spirit of God, God’s word says that you are none of His own (Romans 8:9). Hebrews 12:1-5
Devotional Verse - “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God” (V. 2)

   No one can get the best of fellowship until there is a focus. Our nature of creation cannot really connect together until there is a focus. To focus is to set your mind and heart on God. There is this saying that we only communicate when we are focused on each other. So, when we are in fellowship with God, we must focus on Him. The devil will tempt you by creating several distractions. Anytime you want to focus, something will start to cross your mind to change the course. You must overcome it.

   The Bible says, we should keep looking unto Jesus. This is telling us to focus. Fellowship time with God is not a time to attend to people. It is not a time to think about your money. It can only be good when you can focus. Any distracting thought can be noted. Also note that most of distracting thought in time of fellowship will be very important one that you didn’t remember before the fellowship time.
   This calls for discipline and wisdom. You need to make up your mind to succeed in fellowship time with God to get the best of it. Let all around you know that when you are praying, you will not answer anyone. Make it a policy. People calling you out in the service to discuss is not godly, no matter how good the point of discussion is. When flashing ideas come to distract, ask the Holy Spirit to remind you later and He will. This is how to get the best of fellowship. Peace.
PRAYER: Lord, give me victory over distracting spirit.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
