Practice hospitality” (V. 13) NIV There is hardly anyone in the world who does not need help, except that they are not making any move to make something happen. So help is a need of people who are looking forward, people who have vision or people who are pursuing a life goal. If you consider yourself in need of help, then you are just one of the people on the path of success. This help could vary from the need for the right people’s assistance, counselling, or money and material. We need to understand with clarity that at any period in time, we will surely reap what we have sown (Galatians 6:7). And so we must keep sowing help into the life of others to reap help. TRANSFORMED BY TROUBLE


2 Corinthians 4:7-18
Devotional:- “For our present troubles are small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!” (V. 17) NLT 

God has a purpose behind every problem. God depends more on circumstances to grow our character than reading the Bible; this is because we have challenging circumstances twenty four seven. The word of God made us to see challenges in our life as normal (1 Peter 4:18). Your deepest expression of worship is mostly in the darkest days. It is during suffering that we learn to pray our most authentic, heart-felt and honest prayers to God (James 5:16).

God would have kept Jeremiah from the throne to the pit, Joseph from been thrown into the jail, Paul from been shipwrecked or the three Hebrew from been thrown into the fire but he left those problems to himself. You will never know that God is all you need until God is all you have.  Everything that happens to you has spiritual significant (Romans 8:28-29). Every situation is a character building opportunity. 

Your circumstances are temporal but the character built through them are eternal. Someone ask a silver smith, “How do you know when the silver is pure?”  He replied, “when I see my reflection in it (James 1:3). Be set to go through what Jesus went through, loneliness, temptation, stress, criticism, rejection etc, to be like him,. Then you will reflect Christ indeed. So, always remember Gods plan for you is good (Jeremiah 29:11). Always rejoice and give thanks (1 Thessalonian 5:16-18) Refuse to give up? (Hebrews 10:36). You will overcome. Peace!

PRAYER –Lord, help me to be a reflection of Christ.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
