MEMBERS OF HIS BODY  Ephesians 5:21-33 Devotional:- “ For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. ” (V.30) NKJV . 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional MEMBERS OF HIS BODY Support Us Pastor Remi Agbabiaka  ·  Ephesians 5:21-33 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Believers need to know that God’s word calls us members of the body of Christ. There are so many clubs in this world that men are proud to be part of. This is because being a member of such a club entitles them to some benefit. It entitles them to some privileges and earns them great respect. Membership of such a club is not picked on the floor. It takes some process and commitment to achieve it. Much more than this , God’s word says we are members of the body of Christ. When I see some believers, not mindful of thei...

NOT AN ACCIDENT

 NOT AN ACCIDENT

Isaiah 44:1-5
Devotional:- “Thus says the LORD who made you And formed you from the womb, who will help you: 'Fear not, O Jacob My servant; And you, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen” (V. 2)

In discovering the purpose of your creation, it is important that you know that you did not evolve accidentally. You are a product of the conscious plan of God. The word of God says before we were formed in our mother’s womb, He knew us. This means, before you were in the womb of your parent you were first in the womb of the mind of God (Jeremiah1:5)

God prescribe every single detail about your life before you were made. You colour, skin, hair or your race. He determines your skills, your uniqueness or your natural talents (Psalm 139:15). Your parent may not have planned your birth but God did. He chose your mother and your father to form the blood group He wants for you. He makes sure that you are raised in the right community and your background. All these things were determined long before you came into this world (Ephesians 1:4). That is why hating your country is not right.

That is why you are so important to God and to your world (James 1:18). Without you the world will not be completed. It is only that you need to let God reveal to you what he made you to be through His word. And you will be great in your purpose.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to appreciate my uniqueness in your grace.

FOLLOWING CHRIST                   Luke 14:25-33 Devotional Verse:- "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple” (Vs. 26)      God has enthroned Jesus as King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 17:14). Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

DOMINION

DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.
