  ASK Matthew 7:7-12  Devotional:- “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (V.11) NKJV For us to be able to enjoy the love of God as believers, we must begin to ask God for our needs. It is the principle of God that you will only have what you ask (Matthew 7:7). If you don’t speak out to ask, you may not be given. This was the problem of the senior brother of the prodigal son (Luke 15:29-32). Everything is for Him, but he had never asked for any. But the younger brother knew how to ask You must also learn how to ask. This is because you will only enjoy what you asked for. We therefore need to learn how to ask. The word ‘ask’ is not the same as beg or loan. The word asks suggests confidence and courage. It means to demand for what you are due for. PRAYER AND FASTING

MATTHEW 17:14-21
DEVOTIONAL: “However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting" (Vs. 21)

    It is very important as a child of God, that you understand the power of prayer and fasting. Religiously, people always mistake fasting for power and it is not. They are only part of the manifestation of the power of God. Fasting is an act of separating oneself to seek God. This separation could be from the public, one’s regular business or from food which is the most common. 
    Separating oneself from the pleasures of the world to seek the Lord is a tool to answered prayers. If you’ve been asking the Lord for something for a while, just create time to be with Him alone, then your answer will come. People need to know that when they deny themselves of things, they must be willing to obey God to give them out, this is also a sense of fasting (Isaiah 58:6-8).

    In our Scripture for today, Jesus told His disciples that they needed prayer and fasting to ascend the realm of the supernatural. It is when you regularly separate yourself to be with the Lord that you will reflect His glory and power (2 Cor. 3:18, Exodus 34:29-30). If you grow the habits of separating yourself in fasting to be with the Lord and you always obey the Lord in all situations, then the enemy will always submit to you in Jesus’ name (James 4:6-7). Prayer and fasting makes you swim in divine revelations and divine ideas (Isaiah 58:6-8). Your doors will be opened from now in Jesus’ name. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, give me the grace to regularly wait on you.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
