  THE KING IS BORN Luke 2:1-12 Devotional:- “For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord” NKJV Today, the whole world has come to accept Jesus Christ as the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Even if some people have not given their lives to Him, it is globally accepted that He is a Saviour. All nations today accept the chronological number of years that count “AD”. And the ‘AD’ interprets after the death of our Lord Jesus Christ. And thereby acknowledging that Jesus Christ is Lord and King. But you know, He was born in a manger. He was not born in a palace. This is a great message to everyone who will be great on earth. Christ really had His humble beginning. This was one of the reasons the Jews had a problem accepting Him as king and Saviour (John 19:19-22). They expected the king to be born in a palace. 1 JOHN 5:14-17
DEVOTIONAL: -“Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us” (Vs.14)

 Having looked at some causes of unanswered prayers in the kingdom of God, a major solution is that, we must pray according to the will of God. Praying contrary to the will of God is asking God to break His rules so as to answer our prayers. The Bible says that God honours His words more than His names (Psalm 138:2). So, please don’t ask God for something contrary to His will for you because He will not answer.
    The will of God is His covenant word that contains His plans and practices. The will of God is the written word sealed by the blood of Jesus as our heritage through Christ Jesus. The will of God is what God has promised to do for us in His word as His children. To ask God to break His rule is to make Him commit sin which He will never do (Psalm 89:34).

    To ask according to God's will, is to first locate His promises for us in the Bible. Having done that, we can then present our requests to Him in prayers (Isaiah 41:21). Whenever we ask according to His will, He will hear and answer us. Learn to take advantage of this knowledge and your prayers will always be answered. Peace!

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
